Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. Here's how we handle refunds:
General Guidelines
- No full refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- Partial refunds may be considered in specific situations (see below)
- The Tournament Director makes the final call on all refund decisions
If the Entire Tournament is Canceled
If we cancel the whole tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (like severe weather), you'll receive a 75% refund of your registration fee.
If Part of the Tournament is Canceled
- No refunds for partial cancellations due to weather or other circumstances
- This includes canceled playoff or championship games
Team Withdrawals & Removals
- Withdrawing within 7 days of start? No refund
- Removed for illegal player usage or unacceptable behavior? You forfeit all fees
Other Situations
- No refunds for individual canceled or rescheduled games
- We're not responsible for expenses you incur due to tournament changes
How to Request a Refund
- Submit refund requests in writing to the Tournament Director within 7 days of cancellation or withdrawal
- Refunds process within 30 days of your request (if approved)
